• Your work and contact details are kept completely confidential.

Payment

• Payment terms are included in your written quotation (valid for one month).

• Smaller services require full payment via bank transfer or PayPal before feedback is issued.

• Larger projects include a payment schedule in the quotation.

Submissions and Feedback

• Submissions must be electronic only (Word or PDF). Paper submissions cannot be accepted.

• Feedback is for personal or professional use only and may not be used for publicity.

• Creative writing feedback is provided as a written report; no mark-ups are included.

• Full editorial  and copywriting services include embedded mark-ups in the document.

• Submissions must be in English only.

• One-to-one sessions are conducted via Zoom (details provided on booking).
