• Your privacy is assured. Your work will not be shared or discussed with anyone else, and your contact details will be stored securely.

Payment

​

• Payment terms are included with the written quotation which is valid for one month.

• For smaller services payment must be made in full for feedback to be issued by bank transfer or Paypal.

• For larger projects payment terms and schedule of payments will be included in the quotation.

Submissions and Feedback

​

• Submissions of writing must be electronic (word or pdf).

• No paper submissions can be accepted.

• Feedback is for personal, or business copywriting use only and may not be used for endorsement or publicity purposes.

• Feedback Services for creative writing will be a written report separate to your submission, no mark-ups will be included.

• Copywriting for business with be mark-ups on the document electronically with abbreviated notes.

• Full Editorial Service mark-ups will be embedded within the document electronically.

• Submissions must be in English language only as translation services are not offered.

• One-to-one online sessions will be held on Zoom at a time to be agreed with both parties.
